The Silver Bokoblin is one of the strongest variants of the Bokoblin in Breath of the Wild and the strongest in Age of Calamity and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Silver Bokoblin serve as the Level 4 variant of the Bokoblin and they are the strongest Bokoblin in the base game. Unlike the weaker Bokoblins who are more of a nuisance, Silver Bokoblin are much stronger, having been influenced by Ganon's fiendish magic.[1] The Silver name not only distinguishes the color variety of the Bokoblin, but also their rarity, as Silver Bokoblin are not at all common in the world. Their bodies also have some purple markings to distinguish themselves from the other Bokoblin.

Silver Bokoblin will still drop Bokoblin Horns, Bokoblin Fangs, and Bokoblin Guts, but they will also drop much more valuable Gems, including Amber, Opal, Topaz, Ruby, Sapphire, and Diamond.

With a health of 720, Silver Bokoblins have three times the health as a Black Bokoblin. Only the Golden Bokoblin are more powerful, who are found exclusively in Master Mode. In Master Mode, all locations where Black Bokoblin use to be have been replaced with Silver Bokoblin. Likewise, all of the locations were Silver Bokoblin were, now have the more powerful Golden Bokoblin.

Age of Calamity

Silver Bokoblin are the most powerful variant of the Bokoblin in the base game of Age of Calamity. They are much stronger than other Bokoblin variants and first appear within the Calamity Strikes scenario. Even larger Silver Bokoblin will occasionally appear as the heads of outpost. These Bokoblins have more health and attack power and will need to be defeated in order to capture the outpost.

After each Silver Bokoblin is defeated, they may drop a Bokoblin Horn, Bokoblin Fang, or some Bokoblin Guts. Additionally, the player will receive a Bokoblin Trophy, which can be used to complete quests or upgrade weapons of the various warrior.

  1. "You would be foolish to call these Silver Bokoblins a mere nuisance. They have been influenced by Ganon's fiendish magic, so they are stronger than even the Black Bokoblins. They're called "silver" not only because of their coloring but also to denote their rarity. The purple markings help them stand out even more." — Hyrule Compendium, Breath of the Wild
