Foothill Stable Well is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of 58 Wells that can be found in the Overworld.
Tears of the Kingdom
The Foothill Stable Well can be found just outside the Foothill Stable. Inside the well, there is a wooden chest that has a Purple Rupee, and a metal chest stuck in the wall that contains a Soldier's Shield. The chests are a bit in the distance and Link will need to either use the Metal Plate and Lumber to reach them. Alternatively, he can make platforms with Ice Fruit.
Where Are the Wells?

If Link hasn't visited any of the other stable wells where she appears, then Fera will be found here in the Foothill Stable well. However, if Link previously spoke to Fera at another well, than she will only appear at the Lookout Landing Well.
