Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower is a tower in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Skyview Towers found throughout Hyrule. To Activate the tower you will need to defeat the nearby Aerocuda. It will drop the terminal for the tower, bring it to the tower and talk to the guy outside. He will repair the terminal and you can activate the tower.

The Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower is located in the Akkala region on Ulri mountain, northwest of Tarrey Town.
Activating the Tower
When you first arrive to the tower, it is missing its terminal. Speaking to a man named Sawson at the tower will reveal an Aerocuda has stolen the terminal and is flying in circles behind the tower. Simply shoot it with an arrow to defeat it, and retrieve the terminal either by hand or using Ultrahand. When you bring it back to the tower, Sawson will install the terminal and you will be able to use it to activate the tower.
