Sheik's Mask is an amiibo exclusive item from Breath of the Wild and a findable item in Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Sheik's Mask has a base defense of 2, and can be obtained by scanning the Sheik (Super Smash Bros) amiibo, through the use of the amiibo Rune. Scanning the amiibo will drop various items from the sky, along with a treasure chest, which has a chance of containing Sheik's Mask, but can also contain different items. The amiibo can only be scanned once per day.

Enhancing Armor requires that you have unlocked as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level.

Sheik's Mask has a base defense of 2, and can be obtained by beating five waves of Horriblins in the Desert Coliseum.

If found once, more copies can be bought from any Depths Bargainer Statue for 400 Poes. If sold, it can be repurchased (at base level) from Cece in Ventest Clothing Boutique after The Mayoral Election for 4000 rupees.

Enhancing a Sheik's Mask requires that Link has unlocked at least as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level, plus the resources below:

Trivia

The mask is meant to be interchangeable with the Stealth Mask in the Stealth Set, but Sheik's Mask's upgrade requirements are considerably harder to obtain for ultimately the same effects. As such, Sheik's Mask is essentially a cosmetic item.
No single armor item in the whole of Breath of the Wild, including the base game, DLC, and amiibo armor items requires as many Star Fragments as this mask alone.
