The Mighty Lynel Sword is a melee weapon found in Breath of the Wild and Age of Calamity.

Breath of the Wild

Mighty Lynel Swords have a base power of 36, and can be obtained by defeating Blue-Maned Lynels scattered in the overworld, for example in Deep Akkala. The blade is very large, but can still be wielded single-handed by Link.

It is to be noted that, like other Mighty Lynel weapons and lesser, the appearances of this weapon deprecate as more Lynels are fought against. At a point, most Lynel and Mighty Lynel weapons will eventually turn into Savage Lynel weapons, as Lynels and Blue-Maned Lynels turn into White-Maned Lynels and Silver Lynels. Eventually, the only Mighty Lynel Sword that can still be obtained is from the Blue-Maned Lynel in Hyrule Castle's First Gatehouse.

Age of Calamity

Mighty Lynel Swords are a weapon type available only to Link, used with his One-Handed Weapon moveset.
