The Triforce of Power is one third of the Triforce, representing power. This piece of the Triforce is held by Ganon, who first obtained it in Ocarina of Time.
This relic was left behind by Din, one of the three Goddesses responsible for creating Hyrule.
The Legend of Zelda
The Triforce of Power appears as the magic artifact that Ganon stole.
The Adventure of Link
The Triforce of Power was obtained from Ganon back in The Legend of Zelda along with the Triforce of Wisdom. After Link obtains the Triforce of Courage from the Great Palace, Link uses the three Triforce pieces to awaken the sleeping Princess Zelda.
A Link to the Past
After defeating Ganon, Link uses the full Triforce to bring peace to Hyrule.
Ocarina of Time
After Link opens the Door of Time and removes the Master Sword from its pedestal, Link is sealed away within the Sacred Realm for seven years. After Yuga successfully turns all of the Seven Sages and Princess Zelda into portraits, he uses them to ritually resurrect Ganon who is still in possession of the Triforce of Power. The two merge, forming Yuga Ganon.
