Old Bed Echo is an echo of an Old Bed from Echoes of Wisdom.

Zelda learns the Old Bed echo from old beds lying around in the Hyrule Castle Underground as she makes her escape from the prison cells under the castle. They are useful as platforms to make impromptu bridges, as they can stack in an overlap without losing balance, and float on water.
They also allow Zelda to slowly recover hearts from resting in them, but are later superseded in this respect by the Soft Bed Echo and Zelda's Bed Echo.
