Daqo Chisay Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild. It is located in front of Gerudo Town.
Requirements
The Whole Picture
The idea here is to use metal objects to connect the electric current. Start with the light bulb switch all the way on the left. Follow its path until it ends, and use the big metal block to cross its first gap, and then the metal barrel to cross its second gap, which should connect it to the longer of the two green lines. If done correctly the green line will go through barrel, then box, to the light bulb switch, revealing a second barrel.
Now look at the light bulb switch next to it. From the switch, use the block, a barrel, and a barrel, to connect to the shorter of the green lines. This opens up a chest (Thunderblade) for you, so open it, then take it with you with Magnesis.
The next light switch to light up is the one all the way on the far right corner next to the gate. Again, starting from the switch, use a block, chest, barrel, barrel. I prefer to start from the switch so I'm less likely to bump into electric metal objects, but it's your call.
Finally, put a block on each side of the stairs leading to the exit to unlock it. Head to the altar to get the Spirit Orb.
Alternate method
You can skip the barrels and chest by using metal weapons/bows/shields to bridge the connections.
