The Wind Waker is an item from The Wind Waker and Hyrule Warriors.
The Wind Waker
The Wind Waker is an ancient conductor's baton with magical powers. With the right songs to conduct, it can control the power of the wind, change the time of day, and even create gales to warp a boat and occupants to places around the Great Sea.
It is given to Link by the King of Red Lions when he first lands on the shores of Dragon Roost Island. It is used many times throughout his journey, and is one of the primary items in the game.
How to conduct
Link can use the Wind Waker almost anywhere. It conducts in 3/4 time by default, but Link can also conduct in 4/4 time by holding the left analog stick leftward and in 6/4 time by holding it rightward. The notes are then played by moving the right stick (C-stick on the GameCube) to either the left, right, up, down or leaving it in the centre. Link can also play softer by holding the left stick down and louder by holding it upward.
