"Grants a low-level swim-speed boost. Make this by heating up some milk. Drink it before bed to ensure a good night's sleep."
— Tears of the Kingdom In-Game Description
Rapid Milk is a piece of food in Tears of the Kingdom. When drunk, Rapid Milk grants a temporary boost to swim speed, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.
It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Splash Fruit along with some Fresh Milk. Adding in an additional ingredient with a conflicting effect will cancel out the Rapid effect and produce something such as Fruit and Mushroom Mix instead. There is no benefit to canceling out effects in this manner.
