Blue Chu Jelly is a type of spoil found in The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. They are one of the many variants of Chu Jelly. They are dropped by defeating a Blue ChuChu or Blue Chu.

The Wind Waker

Whenever Link encounters a Blue ChuChu, he can use a Grappling Hook on the enemy to steal a Blue Chu Jelly. Link can find the Chu Jellies he has collected in the Spoils Bag. Unlike the Red ChuChu and Green ChuChu, there are only a finite number of Blue ChuChu within the game. There are only 23 Blue ChuChu found in the world and once they are defeated, they will not respawn.

Link can take these Jellies to the Chu Jelly Juice Shop on Windfall Island where Doc Bandam makes them into Blue Potion. Link will first need to bring Doc Bandam at least 15 Blue Chu Jelly for him to initially make the Blue Potion available for purchase. At that point, Link is able to purchase Blue Potion for 60 rupees. Link can bring 5 additional Blue Chu Jelly into the shop to earn a free potion.

Twilight Princess

In Twilight Princess, Blue Chu are not too common, appearing within the Lakebed Temple, Snowpeak Ruins, and Cave of Ordeals. When Link defeats a Blue Chu, it leaves behind a small pool a goo, which Link can swipe up with a Bottle to capture some Blue Chu Jelly.

Blue Chu Jelly works nearly identical as the Blue Potion from Twilight Princess, fully restoring all of Link's health.
