Warding Cheesy Baked Fish

"Grants low-level gloom protection. Fresh seafood delightfully accentuated with a generous serving of Hateno cheese."

Tears of the Kingdom In-Game Description

Warding Cheesy Baked Fish is a piece of food found in Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Warding Cheesy Baked Fish grants temporary Gloom Resistance, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot with a Dark Clump, a fish with no net effect, along with some Hateno Cheese. Using ingredients with conflicting effects will cancel out and produce regular Cheesy Baked Fish.
