Kisinona Shrine, also known as Wind Power, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.

The Shrine is located just northwest of Foothill Stable.

Wind Power

  • Move forward and you will see a large wheel surrounded by turbines and 2 Fan devices on the right.
  • Use Ultrahand to attach both fans to the wheel in the middle on opposite sides.
  • Activate the fans which will spin the turbines and open the door.
  • Approach the altar for your Light of Blessing.
  • To the left of the large wheel there is a ledge with a chest.
  • Use one of the fans to create an updraft and glide onto the ledge (The door will remain open, even if you detach the fans and the turbines stop spinning).
  • Open the chest to collect a Mighty Construct Bow.
