In The Legend of Zelda, the Potion Shop is nothing more than a cave that can be found in many locations around Hyrule. The Old Woman will sell him either Red Medicine or Blue Medicine.
A Link to the Past

Syrup will sell potions to Link in her hut. She sells Red Potion, Green Potion, and Blue Potion, and they must be held in bottles.
Link's Awakening

While there is not an actual Potion Shop in Link's Awakening, Crazy Tracy will sell Link the Secret Medicine in her spa in Koholint Prairie.

The Potion Shop in Ocarina of Time has two different locations, depending on the time period Link visits it in.

In The Wind Waker, Doc Bandam runs the Chu Jelly Juice Shop on Windfall Island. He will make potions for Link with Chu Jelly.
Twilight Princess
Many locations in Twilight Princess sell potions, but none of them specialize in it. Trill's Shop and Kakriko Village Night Shop sells Red Potion, and Malo Mart also has potions for sale.
Skyward Sword
