"A shield once used by the guards of Hyrule Castle. It's easy to handle, but its core is made of wood, so it can catch fire."
— In-Game Description
The Soldier's Shield is a shield found in Breath of the Wild. It has a base Shield Guard of 16, and is commonplace in and around the Necluda region of Hyrule, often in the hands of Bokoblins or in Treasure Chests. It is mainly wooden in design, with a blue paint-job, meaning this item will catch fire under certain circumstances.
