The goal here is to find three different shooting stars that appear in distinct locations across Hyrule. Each will land and leave a red treasure chest that contains a piece of armor.
Salvager Headwear
- Main article: Salvager Headwear
To obtain this headgear, head to the center of the Bridge of Hylia at nighttime. Take out the Lizalfos here, then look toward the southern sky. You should see a red shooting star, which is very similar in appearance to a falling Star Fragment. It will also be accompanied with a crackling sound, which sounds much like a firework. Wait for it to land, then head to the location of the red column. Here you will find a red treasure chest; open it to snag the Salvager Headwear.
Salvager Vest
- Main article: Salvager Vest
This armor piece can be found by warping to the Zuna Kai Shrine, found at the taller 'eye' of Skull Lake. Make sure it is nighttime, then look at the sky in the eastern direction. Once again, you will see a red comet fall and land in a nearby field. Head over to it and open the chest to obtain the Salvager Vest.
Salvager Trousers
- Main article: Salvager Trousers
The final piece of armor is slightly more difficult to get to. You need to head to the top of the tallest mountain in the Hebra region, labelled Hebra Peak on the map. Again, ensure it is nighttime and look to the southeastern sky and you will see the shooting star again. Paraglide down to its location and open the chest to get the Salvager Trousers.
Once all three armor pieces have been obtained, the quest will complete.
