Explosions Galore! is a Side Quest in Echoes of Wisdom.

After completing the Automaton Engineer Dampé quest, Zelda can return to Dampé Studio and read Dampé's Journal to begin the quest. The quest requires Zelda to have learned the Octorok Echo and Firework Echo. While Octoroks are fairly common, in order to learn the Firework Echo, Zelda will need to have completed The Fireworks Artist side quest. After dropping both echoes, Zelda will learn the Tocktorok automaton

After completing the Automaton Engineer Dampé quest, Zelda can return to Dampé Studio and read Dampé's Journal to begin the quest.
Use a Firework Echo to drop a firework on the pedestal. Zelda will need to have completed The Fireworks Artist side quest to learn the Firework Echo. This is achieved at Goron City.
Use an Octorok Echo to drop an Octorok on the pedestal. Octoroks are common enemies that Zelda encountered at Jabul Ruins.
After dropping both an Octorok and a Firework, Dampé will create a Tocktorok for Zelda, completing the quest.

1	Dampé needs something that matches his vision. Show him a monster that spits stones in battle. Also, a firework. You can find a fireworks artisan on Eldin Volcano.
