Echoes of Wisdom

Dradd is the chief of the River Zora, and has a love-hate relationship with the Sea Zora Chief Kushara. Fiendishly strong and a talented player of his signature River Zora horn, he nonetheless has a fragile ego when he feels he's been insulted.
