Overview
The Mysterious Rifts is the first Main Quest objective that Zelda gets along her journey. After she acquires the log and map from Impa, it is the only quest listed, with a spot in southern Hyrule marked. She must pass through the Royal-Family Shortcut to Suthorn Beach, through Suthorn Village, and to where the spot on her map has been swallowed by a rift. From there, she travels east in Suthorn Forest to a place Tri can make an entrance to the Still World, and go through the Stilled Suthorn Forest to the Suthorn Ruins. After completing the dungeon and freeing Tri's friends from the Seismic Talus, the forest is restored, along with Minister Lefte, who takes her to Luburry's house. The stubborn old Sheikah inventor, Impa's brother, is preparing to set out in search of Link, but is eventually convinced to listen and join forces with Zelda. Tri then looks for more rifts to seal, and sees two in Jabul Waters and Gerudo Desert.
This ends the quest, and immediately begins the next main quest, Searching for Everyone.

Escape from the prison cell under Hyrule Castle and meet Impa.

- After evading the guards and travelling through the Royal-Family Shortcut, Zelda will wash ashore on the Suthorn Beach. Impa has marked Zelda's destination on her map.
- Travel east through Suthorn Beach, the Beach Cave, and into the Suthorn Village. From the Village, travel east and make your way to the marked location on the map.

- Navigate the Stilled Suthorn Forest to reach the Suthorn Ruins.
- Travel through the Suthorn Ruins and defeat the Seismic Talus at the end of the dungeon.
- After following Minister Lefte to Lueburry's House, they will meet up with Lueburry. After Tri discovers two other large rifts, this will complete the quest.
