Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Skyview Towers found throughout Hyrule.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower is located in the Gerudo region. When Link first arrives, the tower is out of order. Just in front of the tower, there are some wooden planks and just down below, Link will find Sawson. The wood here makes an elevator, but it is currently out of service, which is preventing Sawson from climbing up and repairing the Skyview Tower.

When speaking to Sawson, he mentions that there is a piece of metal attached to one of the wooden platforms. He suggests that if enough weight is added, it will cause that platform to fall, and the one that Sawson is standing on will rise up so he can reach the tower.

Right next to the tower, there are some Hyrule Restoration Materials. Link can use Ultrahand here to create a new elevator. He can attach a metal box to a small wooden platform. Then Link can use Ultrahand to attach this device to the metal piece that Sawson pointed out. Link will need to assure that once he attaches the pieces, they aren't banging into any nearby wood. If done properly, Sawson will be lifted up. He will then fix the tower, which has become stuck due to the heat, and will give Link some Chilly Steamed Mushrooms.[1]

Just northeast of the tower, at the lower elevation, Addison can be seen holding a Hudson Sign. Link can use the Wooden Boxes to weight down the sign so it doesn't follow. Addison will reward link with a Red Rupee, some Scorching Meaty Rice Balls, and a Puffshroom.
