Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower is a Skyview Tower in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower is located in the Akkala region on Ulri Mountain, northwest of Tarrey Town.
Activating the Tower
When you first arrive to the tower, it is missing its terminal. Speaking to a man named Sawson at the tower will reveal an Aerocuda has stolen the terminal and is flying in circles behind the tower. Shoot it with an arrow to defeat it, and retrieve the terminal either by hand or using Ultrahand. When you bring it back to the tower, Sawson will install the terminal and you will be able to use it to activate the tower.
