Carlov is a character from The Wind Waker and The Minish Cap.
The Wind Waker
In The Wind Waker, Carlov runs the Nintendo Gallery in Forest Haven. If Link snaps a pictograph with the Deluxe Picto Box and gives it to Carlov, he will carve a Figurine of the person or enemy Link took a pictograph of and put it into one of the rooms. Carlov requires that all pictographs to be made into figurines center on the subject, depict the subject's body in its entirety, and portray the subject facing Link when the pictograph is taken.
