Yunobo appears as a boss in Tears of the Kingdom. He's fought in the storage cave in YunoboCo HQ as part of the Yunobo of Goron City Main Quest.
Tears of the Kingdom
After being fully brainwashed by the mask given to him by "Zelda", Yunobo becomes hostile and attacks Link in the storage cave of YunoboCo HQ. In the battle, Link manages to destroy the mask. Yunobo subsequently goes to Death Mountain with him.
