Related

The Radiant Set is an Armor set from Breath of the Wild and Age of Calamity.

Breath of the Wild

The Radiant Set can be purchased from Greta at the Gerudo Secret Club in Gerudo Town. In addition to being expensive, costing 2400 rupees to purchase the full set, Link will also need to provide Greta with 3 Luminous Stones for each piece of armor that he purchases.

Upgrades

The items in this set can be upgraded by a Great Fairy Fountain and cost Monster Parts to upgrade. Enhancing items requires that you have unlocked as many fountains as the desired star-level. Upgrading the set offers the Disguise bonus but only for Stal-type enemies and the Bone Attack Up bonus when all pieces have been enhanced at least twice as well as the listed increase in armor strength. This provides an 80% increase in damage when using bone weapons.

Dyes

The items in this set can be dyed at Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village. A depiction of the colors for each piece can be found on their respective page.

This section is a stub. You can help the Zelda Dungeon Wiki by expanding it.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Radiant Set is now stocked in Enchanted in Kakariko Village, and Claree does not require Luminous Stone as part of the sale cost. However, the price is vastly increased to 5000 rupees per item until the completion of Gloom-Borne Illness, after which it returns to Breath of the Wild levels.

The Gerudo Secret Club no longer stocks it, selling Sand Boots and Snow Boots in its place.

Enhance Path

Enhancing any part of the Radiant Set requires that Link has unlocked at least as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level, plus the resources below. As in Breath of the Wild, upgrading the entire set to at least ★★ level gives the Stal Disguise and Bone Attack Up Set Bonuses, making Link less notable to Stal-type enemies and vastly increasing the damage from bone and bone-fused weapons.

Trivia

  • The set is based on the appearance of Mexican Luchadors and traditional Mexican makeup worn during the Día de los Muertos festivities.
  • The set is somewhat impractical due to the fact that Breath of the Wild's progression makes the player phase out the use of bone-made weapons in favor of other more durable and stronger metal or ancient weapons. The fact that Breath of the Wild encourages the player to scavenge for monster parts also implies that the non-engagement of Stal enemies may be of little consideration. As such, there's a significant possibility that the player may not use the set even if upgraded.
  • The set's bonus of blending in with Stal enemies is included in Majora's Mask (DLC-exclusive in Breath of the Wild, but not Tears of the Kingdom), which amplifies the effect to include all monsters except Guardians.
