Majora's Mask

Spoiler Alert! This section describes a subject that is sensitive to plot development.

While gathering Zora Eggs in the Pirates' Fortress, Link learns that three of the eggs were stolen from the pirates by the sea snakes that live at Pinnacle Rock.[1] However, Link also learns that the sea is very murky where the pirates were attacked by the sea snakes, and that this murkiness is making it impossible for the Zora to find the eggs themselves.[2] Upon leaving the Pirates' Fortress and investigating the area leading to Pinnacle Rock, where two large stone towers can be seen sticking out of the ocean, Link will encounter a Zora who tells him that "gold colored fish" will help him find his way to Pinnacle Rock.[3] The "gold colored fish" this Zora is referring to is the Seahorse,[4] and the Fisherman who lives on the shores of Great Bay Coast has one which he will trade Link for a Pictograph of a Gerudo Pirate.[5]

Once Link obtains the Seahorse, it will ask for his help in returning to Pinnacle Rock.[6] Upon reaching Pinnacle Rock, Link will learn that the Seahorse's friend is trapped by the sea snakes.[7] Link can then defeat the sea snakes and retrieve the final three Zora Eggs. A Piece of Heart can also be obtained upon defeating all the sea snakes, as the Seahorse will be reunited with his friend.[8]
