Ponnick is a character found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
Ponnick works alongside Daval and can be seen in the Depths at the bottom of the Hyrule Field Chasm. The two are both part of the Zonai Survey Team.
Camera Work in the Depths

After speaking with Robbie and Josha at the Lookout Landing, this will begin the Camera Work in the Depths quest. When Link makes his way over to the Hyrule Field Chasm, he can jump down and he'll find Ponnick next to a small campfire. Robbie has since rushed ahead in the Depths and since Ponnick didn't have enough Brightbloom Seeds he had to fall behind.
Ponnick guides Link in the direction of the Nisouj Lightroot, and then a series of campfires where Link will find the Note on the Table. From there, he'll eventually run into Robbie.
