This game is unlocked in Hyrule castle town in Twilight Princess, after beating the third, lakebed temple and obtaining the clawshot. You fly around, grappling yourself to the sides of a massive cage, collecting orbs of light. If you follow strategy and collect all the orbs within the time limit, Link will be awarded with the big quiver, which holds 60 arrows. Quite an upgrade.
First Phase
When Link first enters the STAR Tent, Purlo asks him to play for ten rupees. The objective is to collect the orbs of light within the time limit. Link can do this with the help of his Clawshot. If he strategizes and collects all the orbs on time, Link will be awarded with the Big Quiver, which holds 60 arrows. In addition, Kili, Misha, and Hanna are very excited to see him and drop three Recovery Hearts from then on.

A second phase is unlocked after beating the 7th temple, the city in the sky. You now use the double clawshots to fly without stopping on platforms. This phase can become intimidating with the floor spikes...  If you succeed, you receive the giant quiver, which holds 100 arrows, and comes fully loaded! This is an amazing item and far worth your efforts.

A second phase is unlocked after beating the seventh dungeon, City in the Sky. This time, Link uses the Double Clawshots to fly without stopping on platforms.  If he succeeds, he receives the Giant Quiver, which holds 100 arrows.

If you come back yet again, and beat your best time, you get 100 rupees. This is repeatable.
If Link comes back any times after this and beats his best time, he gets an Orange Rupee, which is worth 100 Rupees. This happens whenever he surpasses his high score for an indefinite amount of times.

Some pointers:
Mini-Games

Equip your clawshot(s) before playing. One time, I failed, because my equipped item was the lantern... 😳

The game may look intimidating, as I said earlier, but if you are strategic, every shot you take should pick up at least three orbs every time, making the girls squeal in delight.

Rewards:

1st time- Big Quiver + From now on, talking to the girls gives you three hearts.

2nd- Giant Quiver

From then on- 100 rupees (orange rupee)
