The Ghostly Proprietor is a character in A Link to the Past.
The Ghostly Proprietor runs the Shooting Gallery that is at the southern part of the Village of Outcasts. The Shooting Gallery can first be reached after Link has acquired the Magic Hammer from the Dark Palace.
To play the game, Link must pay 20 Rupees. Link will get 5 Arrows to shoot the targets. The first successful hit will give Link 4 Rupees, and if he hits consecutive targets, Link will get double the amount of Rupees per hit, with a maximum of 64 Rupees for the fifth consecutive hit.
The Ghostly Proprietor talks with a Southern Accent, using the phrases Howdy and Partner when addressing Link.
