Goponga Flower: Difference between revisions

Once Link has the Level 2 Sword, a spin attack will defeat the Goponga Flower. The [[Magic Rod (Link's Awakening)|Magic Rod]], [[Boomerang]], and [[Hookshot]] are useful weapons against these obstacles as well. There also exists a bigger variation of Goponga Flower known as the [[Giant Goponga Flower]], which can fire fireballs at Link from a distance.

Goponga Flowers are found in [[Spool Swamp]] in [[Holodrum]]. Like in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening|Link's Awakening]]'', these flowers are rooted to the ground, so they cannot move. The only difference is they can fire fireballs at Link from a distance and try to hit him with them. They cannot be defeated by normal means, so Link should not waste his time attempting to attack them with his sword. The easiest way for Link to defeat them is by throwing his [[Boomerang]] or use [[Ember Seed]]s at them, which will only take one hit.
