Nintendo Power Volume 010 (January / February 1990): Difference between revisions

In the Player's Pulse, 11-yr old Marty is featured. He is the eldest of five brothers and recently picked up ''The Adventure of Link''. While he was far along in the game, one of his brothers accidentally deleted his file, requiring him to start over. He quickly got back to the point in the game where he was and after calling a Nintendo Power Counselor, was finally able to complete the game. After completing the game, he gave it another go and the magazine claims he beat the game in forty two minutes. Even by today standards, this time can only be acheived using major glitches, many of which were not discovered until decades later.

Int he Power Player Profile, Jeff Gilkey is featured and he mentioned that the ''Legend of Zelda'' is his favorite game. He enjoys the variety of enemies and hekpful items, making it a great challenge. With the addition of the [[Second Quest]], he doesn't get bored doing the same thing over again.
