Raqa Zunzo Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Provided that Divine Beast Vah Naboris has been cleansed of Ganon's malice, talk to Shabonne and accept to race for 50 Rupees to start the quest.
Shrine Quest: The Undefeated Champ
To complete this quest, Link must race on a Sand Seal through every arch, and beat Tali's record time of 1:30. To do this, Link must focus on dashing as much as possible, all while avoiding the several obstacles that will be encountered.
Afterwards, place the Ancient Orb in the Shrine Pedestal's socket to reveal the shrine and complete the quest.
Raqa Zunzo's Blessing
After all that effort, the shrine itself contains no challenges at all. Simply move forward, open the chest for a Gerudo Shield (a Radiant Shield, if the World Level has progressed enough), and then examine the altar for a well-earned Spirit Orb.

You've decided to challenge the sand-seal racing world champion, Tali, but beating her current record of 1 minute and 30 seconds won't be easy.
However, it's the only way to open the shrine, so you should keep trying!
Updated Quest
You beat Tali's sand-seal-racing record!
As proof of your victory, you've received a jewel! What happens when you place this jewel on the pedestal?
Completed Quest
When you placed the jewel on the pedestal, a shrine appeared!
You're now able to enter a sand-seal race any time you want, too. Aim to set a new record!
