Festari is a Minish from The Minish Cap. He is the priest of the Minish Village.

The Minish Cap

When Link first meets Festari, the Forest Minish priest is surprised because he has not seen a human in a very long time. Festari is the only Minish that understands and talk human languages. As the only one who can communicate with him, he tells Link where the Jabber Nut is found, in the Barrel House in the east of Minish Village, which lets Link understand the Minish language.

When Link heads for the Deepwood Shrine, Festari lets Link access to the path leading there.
