Tears of the Kingdom

Nembis can be found riding a horse and wagon between Kakariko Village and Wetland Stable. He is a wandering merchant who runs Nembis's Fine Goods, where he sells an assortment of items.[1] Most of the items he sells can be found quite easily in the wild, with the exception of Fresh Milk which has a stock of five and are sold for 12 Rupees each. Completing certain elements of the story unlock additional items for purchase.

He starts at Kakariko Village, travels northwest of the village, then returns. He describes it as a bustling town, ever since the Ring Ruins were discovered. Since there are crowds of people there, it means a lot of business, so that's why he likes to travel to do business[2][3]. After completing Sidon of the Zora (Main Quest) the route expands to Wetland Stable unlocking Hearty Salmon[4][5] and upsells Fireproof Lizards on the way[6] with a pitstop in between both destinations at Eagus Bridge where he upsells Chuchu Jelly to beat the heat in the Gerudo region[7]. Completing A Letter to Koyin unlocks Hateno Cheese[8].

If enemies appear near Nembis, he'll ride off with his wagon. If Link stops to help him out, Nembis will be grateful, rewarding Link with some Enduring Carrot Cake.[9][10]
