"Restores hearts damaged by gloom. Make this by heating up some milk. Drink it before bed to ensure a good night's sleep."

Tears of the Kingdom In-Game Description

Sunny Milk is a piece of food in Tears of the Kingdom. When drunk, Sunny Milk grants a temporary attack boost during thunderstorms, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Sundelion along with some Fresh Milk. Adding in an additional ingredient with a conflicting effect will cancel out the Sunny effect and produce something such as Fried Wild Greens instead. There is no benefit to canceling out effects in this manner.
