Wizards[1] are enemies from The Adventure of Link.

The Adventure of Link

Wizards are magicians that wear white robes adorned on the front with a cross, first encountered in Maze Island Palace.[2] Like Wizzrobes, Wizards vanish after casting a spell at Link.[3] Though Link cannot defeat them with his sword, he can turn their own magic against them by using the Reflect Spell.[4][5] Without the spell active, Link's shield simply absorbs their attacks.
