Jin is a character from The Wind Waker who resides on Windfall Island.
The Wind Waker
Jin is one of the members of the Killer Bees, a group of rowdy school boys led by its leader, Ivan. They can be found walking around, following one another near the top of Windfall Island.
When Link first arrives at Windfall Island, he can talk to Jin, but Jin is quick to dismiss Link. Jin will insult Link, making fun of his outfit and referring to him as a country rube.[1]
After Tingle has been freed from the Town Jail, Ivan and the Killer Bees provide a helpful hint to finding the Picto Box.[2] Jan has heard that the thief stole the Picto Box and was locked up in the Town Jail for a long time. Eventually the thief was able to get free, but the Picto Box was never found.[3] Jin suggests that maybe the Pictobox is still hidden somewhere in the jail cell.[4] Although Jun-Roberto comments that that would be real stupid if that were the case.[5]
Hide and Seek
- Main article: Hide-and-Seek
After talking with Mrs. Marie, Link can speak with Ivan to play Hide-and-Seek. All four members of the Killer Bees will hide around Windfall Island and Link must find them. Jin can be found hiding behind Bomb Shop. Just to the left of the entrance of the Bomb Shop, Link can leap across a ledge to reach the area behind the job. Once seen, Jin will leap off the ledge and run towards the lower portion of Windfall Island. Once captured, Jin will seem upset, but will tell Link he hasn't caught everybody yet.[6][7]
