Jochi-ihiga Shrine, also known as Rauru's Blessing, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.
The Shrine is located in Lake Akkala, southwest of Tarrey Town.
Shrine Quest: Rock for Sale

Interact with the shrine and a beam of light will appear, leading towards the crystal you need to find. Find it in Tarrey Town and talk to Hagie beside it to start the quest.
