When Nuranurus travels, they leaves behind a trail of green [[Bomb]]s in their path. These bombs can cause damage to their enemies or prey; but a Nuranuru will not be harmed by its own bomb.

Usually at the point when Link encounters a Nuranuru he already has the [[Blue Mail]]. With the added armor, Link will still take two hearts of damage if he contacts a Nuranuru.
