Little is known about the Goddess of Time, mentioned only briefly in Majora's Mask. Princess Zelda tells Link that the Goddess of Time is protecting him, and that she has something to do with the Song of Time.[1] Tatl prays to the goddess in desperation for salvation.[2]
The man who purchases the Oceanside Spider House can be found near the fence down the slope leading from the entrance after purchasing the house, praying to the goddess of time.
