Lake Hylia Whirlpool Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The cave can be found at the east end of Lake Hylia where there is a massive whirlpool in the water. Link can swim into the whirlpool and it will pull Link down into the cave below. There are some materials and ore deposits along the perimeter of the cave. The Bubbulfrog can be found on the wall behind the waterfall.

Link can examine the En-oma Shrine to begin The Lake Hylia Crystal shrine quest. The green light will be shining directly up, out of the cave and up into the sky.
