The Statue bearing a sword can be found in the Depths. There are a series of such statues, with one point to the next, leading from the Great Abandoned Central Mine to the Abandoned Gerudo Mine.

Master Kohga of the Yiga Clan

Main article: Master Kohga of the Yiga Clan

As part of the Master Kohga of the Yiga Clan quest, Link will find a Statue bearing a sword, just near the Koradat Lightroot and Great Abandoned Central Mine. Link will need to follow a series of these statues throughout the Depths, eventually leading to the Abandoned Gerudo Mine.
