Tharatera is a Gerudo found in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

Tharatera walks the road around Cephla Lake, just south of the Akkala Span, along the Ternio Trail, past Foothill Stable, through the Maw of Death Mountain and to where Sky Debris largely blocks the road just past the Foothill Monster Den, then back again. She carries a Gerudo Shield and Gerudo Scimitar, and will take a swipe at a Maraudo Wolf if encountered.

If spoken to near the Maw of Death Mountain, she warns Link that the path to Death Mountain has fallen into ruin with the resurgence of monsters, and especially about grasping, reddish black monsters that "lunge at passers-by". She also says that she was hoping to go to Goron City, but "probably shouldn't risk it"; and that all she wanted to do was "hunt for [her] voe in peace". If talked to near the Akkala Span, she will say that she heard the bridge was taken over by monsters, "but the monster-control crew is already on their way!" At the end of her path, however, she will instead declare that she wishes the crew were there, "but they're busy with something at the foot of Death Mountain in Eldin".
