Gutanbac Shrine, also known as The Ability to Rise, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.
This shrine is found on the Great Sky Island. The region is a level 1 Cold Resistance environment. Link will acquire the Ascend ability.
The Ability to Rise
- Run forward and use the new Ascend ability on the ceiling to get to the higher level.
- There are two pillars up ahead on the wall. Ascend through the smaller pillar to find a chest with a Stone Axe. Then ascend through the taller pillar to reach the higher area.
- Defeat the Soldier Construct and then break the two nearby wooden blocks that are in the wall. Ascend through the ceiling and open the chest to get a Construct Bow.
- Drop down and use your sword to cut down the two ropes that are holding the ramp up. Go under the ramp and use ascend to get on top of it.
- Now ascend up to the moving platform. Wait until it is beneath the tall pillar ahead and ascend to the top of the shrine. Run over to the altar to get the Light of Blessing.

This creates a bridge

Ascend up to the moving platform
When it's right underneath the other platform, use Ascend to reach the top of the shrine
