The Restroom is the toilet of the Knight Academy in Skyward Sword.
Skyward Sword
During the day, the Restroom is freely accessible. Link can sit on the toilet, which will heal him as with any other chair in the game, but does not use it (though a flushing sound is heard when he stands up).
At night, however, the toilet door is locked. Attempting to enter leads to a voice asking for some kind of paper[1]. If Link offers Cawlin's letter as paper, the voice - revealed to be a ghostly hand named Phoeni - lets him in in return for the paper[2]. Subsequently, they will leave the restroom to become obsessed with Cawlin.
