Pepper Seafood is a meal in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Pepper Seafood will restore a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

Pepper Seafood is a meal in Breath of the Wild. It can be cooked over a Cooking Pot and requires specific ingredients to make, listed below. If a Spicy Pepper is cooked with a neutral fish, such as a Hyrule Bass or Sanke Carp, it will make some Spicy Pepper Seafood. Similarly, if a Spicy Pepper is cooked with a Sizzlefin Trout, it will also make Spicy Pepper Seafood. If it is cooked with any other type of fish, it will make a normal Pepper Seafood meal, as the spicy effect will cross out any other effect.
It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Spicy Pepper and at least one fish with a net effect, except for a Sizzlefin Trout, as this will make Spicy Pepper Seafood instead.
