TheStamina Guage measures Link's stamina Skyward Sword. It is depleted by doing strenuous activities such as running, climbing, and pushing boulders. Skyward Sword is the first and only Zelda game ,so far, that has a stamina gauge. This new game mechanic makes the game a more realistic because Link can get tired by running for too long or by fighting too fiercely. Link can refill his stamina guage by running over Stamina Fruit or drinking a Stamina Potion, which can be purchased at the Luv and Bertie's Potion Shop in the Bazaar.
