The Megaphone is the seventh item of the trading sequence in Oracle of Seasons. It can be used to shout loudly.[1]
It is given by Mittens' Owner to Link because of him saving his cat Mittens from the tree using the blue tiny fish as a decoy. Link later goes to Mt. Cucco in order to wake up Talon with the Megaphone. Talon will then take it and give Link the Mushroom in exchange.
