+Monsters Effect is one of the +Effect Panels found in the remake of Link's Awakening.
Overview
Link is able to receive this +Effect Panel by acquiring all Figures found within the Trendy Game of Mabe Village. After doing this and returning to Dampé's Shack, Dampé will give him the panel.
The +Monsters Effect can be applied to Chambers within a Chamber Dungeon and increases the number of enemies found within that room by 1 to 3 of each enemy type. The specific amount depends on the enemy type and the room.
The +Monsters Effect cannot be applied to rooms without enemies or those with Nightmares or mini-bosses. It also cannot be applied to rooms with Boos, Flying Tiles, Orb Monsters, or Three-of-a-Kinds. Rooms with Beamos, Blade Traps, Fireball-Spitting Torches, Pairodds, Vacuum Mouths, and Vires can have this effect applied to other enemies in the room, but those enemies themselves cannot be duplicated. Furthermore, it cannot be applied to the Bottle Grotto room where Link must defeat a Pols Voice, Keese, and Stalfos in that order, nor the Turtle Rock room with Sparks where Link must shoot an arrow at an eye statue.
