Zuna Kai Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
While not required to enter the shrine, Link will first need to complete the Robbie's Research Side Quest to unlock The Skull's Eye Shrine Quest which leads to the shrine.
Shrine Quest: The Skull's Eye

After completing Robbie's Research, speak with Jerrin to begin the Shrine Quest. Jerrin will point Link in the direction of Skull Lake. She'll only give it after you prove yourself to Robbie in the Robbie's Research Side Quest. Link can use the Paraglider to glide over to the center of Skull Lake. It's easier to reach the area by gliding from the north and then climbing the rest of the way to reach the shrine. If you have all three Stamina wheels, you can make the journey from the warp at Divine Beast Vah Rudania.
Zuna Kai's Blessing
After all that effort, the shrine itself contains no challenges at all. Simply move forward, open the chest to get a Flameblade. Then speak with Zuna Kai at the altar to get the Spirit Orb.
