The Isle of Ruins houses the location of the ancient and mysterious Cobble Kingdom. Not only that, it also houses Mutoh's Temple, the seventh and final dungeon in Phantom Hourglass. It is an artifact of the Cobble Race which mysteriously vanished several upon several years ago. The shrines of the four knights: Brant, Bremeur, Doylan, and Max are located here. After completing Mutoh's Temple and defeating the Stone Soldier, King Mutoh's resting place can be reached.
